Common questions about PurePetNet donations.
These answers explain how donations, updates, pet food support, and sterilization help work.
Who receives the donations?
Donations may support temporary rescue needs, basic treatment for stray pets, hardship pet families, and community service points where people can collect free pet food when available.
Do you offer pet adoption?
No. PurePetNet does not currently provide an adoption service. This website is focused on donations, updates, transparency, and practical support.
Do you store credit card details?
No. PurePetNet does not record, store, process, or have access to credit card information. Card payments are completed on the secure Windcave payment page.
Does a $1 donation matter?
Yes. A small donation may look limited by itself, but small gifts are pooled together. Combined donations can help with food, transport, sterilization, or basic care costs.
How do I join the mailing list?
Add your name and email in the donor updates form on the Donate page or Contact page. We use the list to send donation and support updates.
How can someone request sterilization help?
Pet families in need, including people receiving government support, may contact us. If support is available, sterilization help may be arranged through designated service locations.
Important limits
PurePetNet is a small donation project. Support depends on available donations, local service access, and each case’s practical needs. We cannot guarantee that every request can be funded.
Email hello@purepetnet.org with your city or suburb, animal type, and whether the request is about pet food, sterilization, rescue cost support, or another urgent need.
